Student Dinosaur Pictures:
At the start of our Dinosaur Unit, I had the students select a dinosaur using a plastic model or book. The students then drew a picture, using their model or book as a reference to determine number of legs they walked on, special characteristics etc... Some of the students then took this a step farther and created their own fantasy dinosaurs as well.
